Terms of Service

Spryhand is a trading name of Spry Hand (“we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of spryhand.com and any digital products you purchase through it. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these terms.

What we sell

We sell ready-to-use digital spreadsheet tools — calculators, trackers, planners and bundles — delivered electronically as Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) files that also open in Google Sheets. There is no physical product and no shipping. Each product page lists exactly which sheet tabs and files are included.

Pricing

Single tools are $5.90 USD and category bundles are $14.90 USD, as one-time purchases. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Prices are shown on every product page and confirmed at checkout, including any tax applicable in your country.

Payment and merchant of record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. Paddle collects payment, charges any applicable sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipt.

Delivery

Products are delivered digitally immediately after payment is confirmed. If a download does not reach you, contact us at support@spryhand.com and we will resend it.

Licence

Purchased files are licensed for your own personal or business use. You may edit, duplicate and adapt them for your own projects. You may not resell, redistribute or share the files themselves. See our Licence page for detail.

Availability of products

Products listed on this site that are not yet available for purchase are clearly marked as such and cannot be bought until they are released. Only products showing a working purchase button can be ordered.

Our tools are planning and calculation aids. They do not constitute financial, tax, legal, engineering, veterinary or investment advice, and they do not replace a qualified professional.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
