Licence

When you buy a tool from Spryhand, a trading name of Spry Hand, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that file under the terms below.

You may

• use the file for your own personal or business purposes;
• edit it — change formulas, add rows, rename categories, restyle it;
• duplicate it for your own additional projects, clients or properties;
• use it on behalf of a client as part of a service you provide to them.

You may not

• resell, sublicense or redistribute the file, edited or unedited;
• give it away as a free download, lead magnet or bonus;
• include it in another product, template pack, course or bundle you distribute;
• publish it anywhere it can be downloaded by people who have not bought it.

Ownership

We retain copyright in the files. Buying a tool licenses its use; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying work.

No warranty of outcome

Our tools are planning and calculation aids provided as-is. They do not constitute financial, tax, legal, engineering, veterinary or investment advice. You are responsible for checking that the figures you enter and the results you rely on are correct for your situation.

Ending the licence

If a purchase is refunded, the licence for that file ends and you should delete any copies you have kept.
