This policy explains how Spryhand, a trading name of Spry Hand, handles information from visitors and customers of spryhand.com.

What we collect

• Nothing, if you only browse. This site has no accounts, no login and no advertising or tracking scripts. You can read every page without giving us any information.
• Checkout details, if you buy. Your name, email address, billing country and payment details are collected and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record — not by us. We never see or store your card number.
• Your email, if you contact us. If you email support we keep that correspondence so we can answer you and handle any refund.

What we receive from Paddle

After a purchase, Paddle passes us the order details we need to deliver your file and provide support — such as your email address, which product you bought and the order reference. We use this only to fulfil and support that order.

Cookies and analytics

We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. Paddle may set cookies necessary to operate its checkout securely and to prevent fraud; those are governed by Paddle’s own privacy policy.

Sharing

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email support@spryhand.com and we will respond. For payment and billing records held by Paddle as Merchant of Record, you may also need to contact Paddle directly.
